Literal translation of the Greek:

1 and he gave me a reed similar to a staff and the messenger stood saying, arise(wake up) and measure the temple of God and the altar and those worshipping in it

2 and the court, the outside of the temple leave it out and do not measure it because it is given to the tribes(nations, gentiles) and the holy city they will trample underfoot fortytwo months

3 and I will give My two witnesses and they will prophesy a thousand two hundred sixty days clothed in sackcloth

4 which are the two olive trees and the two lampstands in the presence of God standing on earth

5 and if someone intends(is about) to hurt them, fire(or lightning) comes from their mouth and consumes their hatred(enemy) and if someone intends(is about) to hurt them this is how they must die(relinquish)

6 which have power(authority) to shut up(close) the heaven so that it doesn't rain in the days of their prophesying and power(authority) to hold the water back and turn it into blood and strike the earth with all plagues(calamities) as often as they will it(or intend, determine)

7 and when they finish(accomplish, end) their witness(testimony) the beast comes up from the abyss and makes war with them and overcomes(conquers) them and kills(relinquishes) them

8 and their bodies upon the square(or place) of the great city which where is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt and our Lord was crucified

9 and they will see from the people and tribes(word for obedient tribes) and tongues and tribes(word for disobedient tribes) their bodies three and a half days and their bodies will not be placed into a grave

10 and those who dwell upon the earth will cheer(be happy) and be merry and send gifts to each other because they, the two prophets tormented those who dwell upon the earth

11 and after the three and a half days the Spirit of life of God came upon them and they stood upon their feet and great fear fell upon those who saw them

12 and I heard a great voice from the heaven say to them, come up here and they went up into the heaven in the cloud and their enemies saw them

13 and in the same hour a great earthquake and a tenth of the city fell and they who died in the earthquake numbered seven thousand men and the remnant were afraid and they gave glory to God in heaven

14 the second woe(alas) passed and you saw the woe(alas) the third woe(alas) comes quickly

15 and the seventh messenger sounded and there came a great voice in the heaven saying, the Kingdom of the Universe, our Lord and our Messiah and King into the ages the ages(eternal, forever) has come to be

16 and the twentyfour elders(first ones) before God sitting upon their thrones fell upon their faces and adored(worshipped) God

17 saying, we thank you Lord God Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come because you take Your great power and reign(rule)

18 and the tribes(nations, gentiles) were angry and Your wrath came and time for the dead to be judged and reward Your servants the prophets and the holy ones and those who fear Your Name the small and the great and to destroy those who destroyed the earth

19 and the temple of God opened up in heaven and the ark(vessel) of His covenant was seen in His temple and it started lightning(bright shining) and loud thundering and shaking(earthquake) and great hail
