Mark 13
1 and He came out of the sanctuary saying to His disciples teaching them, see what kind of stone and what kind of building
2 and Yeshua began to speak saying, see this, these great buildings, no forsaken stone is upon a stone that will not be destroyed
3 and He sat down on the hill of olives across from the sanctuary, they asked Him, Sela(Petros) and Yacov and Yochanan and Andreas
4 tell us when this will be and what is the sign when all this that is about to be will be fulfilled
5 and Yeshua answered first saying, see that you are not deceived
6 because many will come in My Name saying that I am(I am He) and many will be deceived
7 but when you hear of wars and reports(rumours) of wars, fear not for it must happen but it is not yet the end
8 but tribe(nation, gentile) upon tribe(nation, gentile) and kingdom upon kingdom will awaken and there will be earthquakes in places and there will be famines and riots(could also be translated as water torrents) also beginning these sorrows(or labour pains)
9 but you yourselves beware for they will deliver you to the sanhedrim(tribunal, council) and to synagogues(churches) they will whip(beat) you and lead you before rulers and kings for My sake to bear witness
10 and to all the tribes(nations, gentiles) the gospel must first be preached(proclaimed)
11 but when they drive you to surrender(yield) do not think beforehand about what you will say nor practice but it is given to you to say at that hour but not you will speak but the Holy Spirit
12 but a brother will deliver up(betray) a brother to(unto) death and a father his child and children will rebel against parents and kill them
13 and you will be hated by all because of My Name but the remnant are kept safe unto the end
14 but when you see the abomination(idol) of desolation(desertification) spoken of by Daniel the prophet, be where it must not be, know again(remember) and understand then those in Judea escape(flee) into the mountains
15 but those upon the house do not go down into the home nor take anything from your home
16 and he in the field do not turn back to take your clothes(top clothing)
17 but alas(woe to) those who are pregnant and breastfeeding in those days
18 but pray that your flight(escape) does not happen in winter
19 for they are those days of pressure(tribulation, persecution, trouble) which have not been like this from the beginning of creation created by God until now and no not be(ever again implied)
20 and if the Lord had not shortened those days no flesh would be safe however because of the elect(Ekklesia) who are chosen those days are shortened
21 and when whoever says to you, see here, the messiah, see you do not believe it
22 because false messiahs will rise up and false prophets and give signs and wonders so as to lead astray(deceive, seduce) if they were able even the elect(Ekklesia)
23 but you see(know) I promised you all
24 but in those days after the pressure(tribulation, persecution, trouble) the sun will darken and the moon will not give its light
25 and the stars fall from the heaven(sky) and the forces(powers) shake in the heavens(skies)
26 and then they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds with much(great) power and glory
27 and then He will send His messengers and gather His elect(Ekklesia) from the four winds from the extremities of the earth unto the extremities of heaven
28 but from the fig tree learn this parable, when even now the Branch is born tender(soft) and sprouted the leaves, know that summer is near
29 and so you when you see these happen know that He is near upon the doorstep
30 so be it(amen) I tell you that this generation will not pass until all this happens
31 the heaven and the earth will pass but My words never pass
32 but about that day and that hour know neither the messengers in heaven nor the Son if not the Father(only the Father & Son once He ascended implied)
33 see you keep awake(watch) and therefore pray, not knowing when the time(appointed time) is
34 like a man who is sent forth from his country, and his house, gives his servant the authority over it also to do each of his works and the gatekeeper was commanded to keep watch(awake)
35 likewise you watch(keep awake) for you don't know when the Lord of the house returns, at midnight or at cock crowing(third watch of the night) or the morning
36 not coming suddenly to find you asleep
37 but I tell you all, I tell you watch(keep awake)

Mar 13:1 και εκπορευομενου αυτου εκ του ιερου λεγει αυτω εις των μαθητων αυτου διδασκαλε ιδε ποταποι λιθοι και ποταπαι οικοδομαι
Mar 13:2 και ο ιησους αποκριθεις ειπεν αυτω βλεπεις ταυτας τας μεγαλας οικοδομας ου μη αφεθη λιθος επι λιθω ος ου μη καταλυθη
Mar 13:3 και καθημενου αυτου εις το ορος των ελαιων κατεναντι του ιερου επηρωτων αυτον κατ ιδιαν πετρος και ιακωβος και ιωαννης και ανδρεας
Mar 13:4 ειπε ημιν ποτε ταυτα εσται και τι το σημειον οταν μελλη παντα ταυτα συντελεισθαι
Mar 13:5 ο δε ιησους αποκριθεις αυτοις ηρξατο λεγειν βλεπετε μη τις υμας πλανηση
Mar 13:6 πολλοι γαρ ελευσονται επι τω ονοματι μου λεγοντες οτι εγω ειμι και πολλους πλανησουσιν

Mar 13:8 εγερθησεται γαρ εθνος επι εθνος και βασιλεια επι βασιλειαν και εσονται σεισμοι κατα τοπους και εσονται λιμοι και ταραχαι αρχαι ωδινων ταυτα

Mar 13:11 οταν δε αγαγωσιν υμας παραδιδοντες μη προμεριμνατε τι λαλησητε μηδε μελετατε αλλ ο εαν δοθη υμιν εν εκεινη τη ωρα τουτο λαλειτε ου γαρ εστε υμεις οι λαλουντες αλλα το πνευμα το αγιον
Mar 13:12 παραδωσει δε αδελφος αδελφον εις θανατον και πατηρ τεκνον και επαναστησονται τεκνα επι γονεις και θανατωσουσιν αυτους
Mar 13:13 και εσεσθε μισουμενοι υπο παντων δια το ονομα μου ο δε υπομεινας εις τελος ουτος σωθησεται
Mar 13:14 οταν δε ιδητε το βδελυγμα της ερημωσεως το ρηθεν υπο δανιηλ του προφητου εστως οπου ου δει ο αναγινωσκων νοειτω τοτε οι εν τη ιουδαια φευγετωσαν εις τα ορη
Mar 13:15 ο δε επι του δωματος μη καταβατω εις την οικιαν μηδε εισελθετω αραι τι εκ της οικιας αυτου
Mar 13:16 και ο εις τον αγρον ων μη επιστρεψατω εις τα οπισω αραι το ιματιον αυτου
Mar 13:17 ουαι δε ταις εν γαστρι εχουσαις και ταις θηλαζουσαις εν εκειναις ταις ημεραις
Mar 13:18 προσευχεσθε δε ινα μη γενηται η φυγη υμων χειμωνος
Mar 13:19 εσονται γαρ αι ημεραι εκειναι θλιψις οια ου γεγονεν τοιαυτη απ αρχης κτισεως ης εκτισεν ο θεος εως του νυν και ου μη γενηται
Mar 13:20 και ει μη κυριος εκολοβωσεν τας ημερας ουκ αν εσωθη πασα σαρξ αλλα δια τους εκλεκτους ους εξελεξατο εκολοβωσεν τας ημερας
Mar 13:21 και τοτε εαν τις υμιν ειπη ιδου ωδε ο χριστος η ιδου εκει μη πιστευσητε
Mar 13:22 εγερθησονται γαρ ψευδοχριστοι και ψευδοπροφηται και δωσουσιν σημεια και τερατα προς το αποπλαναν ει δυνατον και τους εκλεκτους
Mar 13:23 υμεις δε βλεπετε ιδου προειρηκα υμιν παντα
Mar 13:24 αλλ εν εκειναις ταις ημεραις μετα την θλιψιν εκεινην ο ηλιος σκοτισθησεται και η σεληνη ου δωσει το φεγγος αυτης
Mar 13:25 και οι αστερες του ουρανου εσονται εκπιπτοντες και αι δυναμεις αι εν τοις ουρανοις σαλευθησονται
Mar 13:26 και τοτε οψονται τον υιον του ανθρωπου ερχομενον εν νεφελαις μετα δυναμεως πολλης και δοξης
Mar 13:27 και τοτε αποστελει τους αγγελους αυτου και επισυναξει τους εκλεκτους αυτου εκ των τεσσαρων ανεμων απ ακρου γης εως ακρου ουρανου
Mar 13:28 απο δε της συκης μαθετε την παραβολην οταν αυτης ηδη ο κλαδος απαλος γενηται και εκφυη τα φυλλα γινωσκετε οτι εγγυς το θερος εστιν
Mar 13:29 ουτως και υμεις οταν ταυτα ιδητε γινομενα γινωσκετε οτι εγγυς εστιν επι θυραις
Mar 13:30 αμην λεγω υμιν οτι ου μη παρελθη η γενεα αυτη μεχρις ου παντα ταυτα γενηται
Mar 13:31 ο ουρανος και η γη παρελευσονται οι δε λογοι μου ου μη παρελθωσιν
Mar 13:32 περι δε της ημερας εκεινης και της ωρας ουδεις οιδεν ουδε οι αγγελοι οι εν ουρανω ουδε ο υιος ει μη ο πατηρ
Mar 13:33 βλεπετε αγρυπνειτε και προσευχεσθε ουκ οιδατε γαρ ποτε ο καιρος εστιν
Mar 13:34 ως ανθρωπος αποδημος αφεις την οικιαν αυτου και δους τοις δουλοις αυτου την εξουσιαν και εκαστω το εργον αυτου και τω θυρωρω ενετειλατο ινα γρηγορη
Mar 13:35 γρηγορειτε ουν ουκ οιδατε γαρ ποτε ο κυριος της οικιας ερχεται οψε η μεσονυκτιου η αλεκτοροφωνιας η πρωι
Mar 13:36 μη ελθων εξαιφνης ευρη υμας καθευδοντας
Mar 13:37 α δε υμιν λεγω πασιν λεγω γρηγορειτε
